Meet Our Team

Cristián Ossa, Esq.

Mr. Ossa was born in Santiago, Chile. He attended Rutgers Law School, where Mr. Ossa made the Dean’s list and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. From Rutgers he received his J.D. and a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. Mr. Ossa served as Magister of the Phi Delta Phi chapter at Rutgers. He worked for the Honorable Alberto Rivas, A.J.S.C. During his time with Judge Rivas he handled thousands of expungements. Mr. Ossa also worked in the Venture and Startup Group at McCarter and English. As a partner at Wolfe Ossa Law, Mr. Ossa has helped clients with Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Litigation.

As a consultant, Mr. Ossa has been successful in working with large fortune 100 companies on Technology implementations, process improvement and large scale product management and system development and deployment. His projects have ranged in size from several hundred thousand, to over $5 million with a deployment of over 3,000 users.

Mr. Ossa has founded various successful companies: Rosetta Technology Group (a technology and management consulting firm), GiftCertificates.com (an on-line realtor with over 100 million in sales), eRateRequest.com (an e-bay like auction site for the shipping industry, sold to Descartes systems), Live Audience Business Solutions (a CRM reporting system for the live audience space, sold to SmartDM).

Mr. Ossa has lectured on entrepreneurship, small business development, as well as Angel and Venture Capital investing. He has been a featured judge on the “Sharkette Tank”, as well as a panelist and judge for various organizations. He is currently the Screening Committee Chair of Delaware Crossing Investment Group and a Mentor for TechLaunch. Mr. Ossa also taught Entrepreneurship at NJIT. He welcomes opportunities to work with, and invest, in start-up companies.

Jaclyn Healey, Esq.

Jaclyn Healey, Esq.

Jaclyn Healey earned her Bachelors degree at Ramapo College in just two and a half years before moving on to Law School. While at Ramapo she served as an officer for many organizations on campus and competed in Moot Court. Mrs. Healey earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School where she also received her Certification in Corporate and Business Law. Mrs. Healey is a member Phi Delta Phi, she served as Vice-Magister during her time at Rutgers. She also served in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic where she helped to represent incapacitated persons in guardianship matters and acted as in-house counsel for a variety of local business and organizations.

Mrs. Healey worked for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C. Also, she volunteered with a Deaf Advocacy lawyer while she was at Rutgers. She then Clerked for the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C. where she handled, Juvenile criminal matters, Mass Tort Litigation, and a variety of Civil Litigation issues. Now, at Wolfe Ossa Law, Mrs. Healey has helped clients with Guardianship matters, Palimony Litigation, Trusts, Estate Planning, Medicaid applications, Asset Sheltering, and Estate Administration.

Morgan M. Browning, Esq. (Of Counsel)

Morgan M. Browning, Esquire, of-counsel to Wolfe Ossa Law, P.C., is a litigator with a decade of experience.

Morgan obtained his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2014 and is a member of the New York Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Middlesex Bar Association.

Morgan has handled a variety of matters Civil Litigation, Family Law, Municipal Law, DUI and Traffic Court, Landlord/Tenant & Housing Law, Contracts, Trusts and Estates, Criminal Defense, Appellate work, Trials and Trial preparation, and Animal Law.

Morgan has a proven track record of success and has been featured in publications such as The Top Attorneys of North America. Morgan has been invited to lecture at law schools on boutique civil practice. With a combination of passion and intelligence, he fights for your rights and delivers the justice you deserve.

Cassandra Lange

Cassandra Lange, Paralegal

Cassandra grew up in North Dakota and moved to New Jersey in 2020 to be closer to New York City. As a paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, Cassandra assists with estate planning documents, Medicaid applications, guardianship proceedings, and probate and estate administration. Before starting at Wolfe Ossa Law, Cassandra worked in upscale hospitality and customer service management roles, which explains her focus on and expertise in customer relations. Cassandra lives in Highland Park, NJ and when not assisting the attorneys here at Wolfe Ossa Law, she keeps busy with her partner and their children’s activities.

Nicole Steiner, Certified Paralegal

Nicole Steiner is a Certified Paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, where she assists attorneys with Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianship matters. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to client care to every file she touches, with experience in client intake, document preparation, and keeping complex matters organized and moving forward.

Nicole’s academic path reflects her lifelong dedication to helping others. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to complete two master’s degrees — one in Elementary Education from Western Connecticut State University and one in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Bridgeport. That foundation in understanding people and their needs translates naturally into the thoughtful, client-centered approach she brings to her work at the firm.

Originally from Edison, New Jersey, Nicole now stays close to her roots while keeping busy outside the office with her three children and family.

Nyeema Brown, Paralegal

Nyeema grew up in New Jersey with a long-standing interest in the legal profession. From a young age, Nyeema knew she wanted to pursue a career that involved law to some capacity Nyeema initially followed a different passion and became a Licensed Esthetician. Nyeema opened her own salon suite where she built a strong client base and gained valuable experience in customer service.

While enjoying work in the beauty industry, Nyeema’s passion for law never faded. Nyeema is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in paralegal studies, where she is gaining hands-on knowledge and foundational skills essential to the legal field.
Outside of work and school, Nyeema stays busy with her son and enjoys unwinding with her favorite crime shows. Nyeema is excited to bring dedication, strong work ethic, and a client-focused mindset to Wolfe Ossa Law.

Joanne Hymowitz, Paralegal

Joanne Hymowitz is a paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, where she supports the firm’s Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Real Estate practice areas. With over a decade of leadership experience managing complex operations, high-stakes client relationships, and sensitive records, Joanne brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational instincts, and a genuine commitment to client care to every matter she handles.

Known for her calm under pressure and her ability to keep moving parts aligned, Joanne ensures that each case advances efficiently and accurately from start to finish. She approaches her work with professionalism, warmth, and a deep respect for the individuals and families the firm serves.

Joanne is a resident of Milltown, New Jersey, and maintains close ties to the surrounding community, including Metuchen, where her parents reside. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Debbie Martinez, Paralegal

Debbie grew up in Ecuador and moved to New Jersey in 2019 for school. As a paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, Debbie assists with estate planning documents, real estate matters, and manages the client and legal team scheduling. Before starting at Wolfe Ossa Law, Debbie worked as a paralegal for a personal injury attorney, an office manager for a tax firm, in customer service management roles, making her the perfect smiling team member to welcome you as you walk into our Metuchen office. Debbie lives in Middlesex, NJ and when not managing operations at the legal practice, she keeps busy with her husband and their adorable son.

Heather Phillips, Office Administrator

Heather Phillips is the Office Administrator at Wolfe Ossa Law and the first face clients see when they walk through the door. With a background spanning client relations, special education support, and patient advocacy, Heather brings genuine warmth and calm to every interaction — qualities that matter deeply in an elder law and estate planning practice, where clients are often navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Heather ensures that every client feels seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they arrive. In addition to managing client communications and coordinating the flow of legal documentation, she is a steadying presence who helps keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

A lifelong resident of Fords, New Jersey, Heather brings the kind of genuine neighborly spirit that fits naturally with the firm’s commitment to serving families across central New Jersey. When she’s not at the front desk, you’ll likely find her exploring new restaurants or spending time with her friends and family.

Gabriella Plodzien, Client Services Coordinator

Gabriella was born and raised in Edison, New Jersey. After attending JP Stevens Highschool, Gabriella attended Kean University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. As a Legal Receptionist, Gabriella is the first point of contact at Wolfe Ossa Law. Gabriella ensures the satisfaction of clients, and the meeting of clients’ needs.

Along with this, her daily roles also include receiving and distributing legal documentation to attorneys and relaying communication to families. Before starting at Wolfe Ossa Law, Gabriella worked as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher which explains her focus on communication and compassion when working with the community.

Gabriella lives in Edison and when not managing operations at the legal practice, she loves playing with her dogs and spending time with her partner and family!
