Thomas Wolfe earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1982. After earning his degree, he worked for 18 years as an engineer for the United States Army, where he specialized in creating and fielding training devices for the military. During his time within the Army Mr. Wolfe earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
After his time in the army, Mr. Wolfe earned his J.D. from the Franklin Pierce Law School. Following his work in a Princeton Firm for Patent and Trademark Issues, Mr. Wolfe opened his own firm specializing in Estate and Elder Law.
Mr. Wolfe’s firm has operated for over 15 years and continues to aid clients in matters regarding Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection, Tax Issues, and Estate Planning & Administration.
Mr. Ossa was born in Santiago, Chile. He attended Rutgers Law School, where Mr. Ossa made the Dean’s list and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. From Rutgers he received his J.D. and a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. Mr. Ossa served as Magister of the Phi Delta Phi chapter at Rutgers. He worked for the Honorable Alberto Rivas, A.J.S.C. During his time with Judge Rivas he handled thousands of expungements. Mr. Ossa also worked in the Venture and Startup Group at McCarter and English. As a partner at Wolfe Ossa Law, Mr. Ossa has helped clients with Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Litigation.

As a consultant, Mr. Ossa has been successful in working with large fortune 100 companies on Technology implementations, process improvement and large scale product management and system development and deployment. His projects have ranged in size from several hundred thousand, to over $5 million with a deployment of over 3,000 users.
Mr. Ossa has founded various successful companies: Rosetta Technology Group (a technology and management consulting firm), GiftCertificates.com (an on-line realtor with over 100 million in sales), eRateRequest.com (an e-bay like auction site for the shipping industry, sold to Descartes systems), Live Audience Business Solutions (a CRM reporting system for the live audience space, sold to SmartDM).
Mr. Ossa has lectured on entrepreneurship, small business development, as well as Angel and Venture Capital investing. He has been a featured judge on the “Sharkette Tank”, as well as a panelist and judge for various organizations. He is currently the Screening Committee Chair of Delaware Crossing Investment Group and a Mentor for TechLaunch. Mr. Ossa also taught Entrepreneurship at NJIT. He welcomes opportunities to work with, and invest, in start-up companies.
Jaclyn Healey earned her Bachelors degree at Ramapo College in just two and a half years before moving on to Law School. While at Ramapo she served as an officer for many organizations on campus and competed in Moot Court. Mrs. Healey earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School where she also received her Certification in Corporate and Business Law. Mrs. Healey is a member Phi Delta Phi, she served as Vice-Magister during her time at Rutgers. She also served in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic where she helped to represent incapacitated persons in guardianship matters and acted as in-house counsel for a variety of local business and organizations.
Mrs. Healey worked for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C. Also, she volunteered with a Deaf Advocacy lawyer while she was at Rutgers. She then Clerked for the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C. where she handled, Juvenile criminal matters, Mass Tort Litigation, and a variety of Civil Litigation issues. Now, at Wolfe Ossa Law, Mrs. Healey has helped clients with Guardianship matters, Palimony Litigation, Trusts, Estate Planning, Medicaid applications, Asset Sheltering, and Estate Administration.
Cassandra grew up in North Dakota and moved to New Jersey in 2020 to be closer to New York City. As a paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, Cassandra assists with estate planning documents, Medicaid applications, guardianship proceedings, and probate and estate administration. Before starting at Wolfe Ossa Law, Cassandra worked in upscale hospitality and customer service management roles, which explains her focus on and expertise in customer relations. Cassandra lives in Highland Park, NJ and when not assisting the attorneys here at Wolfe Ossa Law, she keeps busy with her partner and their children’s activities.
Debbie grew up in Ecuador and moved to New Jersey in 2019 for school. As a paralegal at Wolfe Ossa Law, Debbie assists with estate planning documents, real estate matters, and manages the client and legal team scheduling. Before starting at Wolfe Ossa Law, Debbie worked as a paralegal for a personal injury attorney, an office manager for a tax firm, in customer service management roles, making her the perfect smiling team member to welcome you as you walk into our Metuchen office. Debbie lives in Middlesex, NJ and when not managing operations at the legal practice, she keeps busy with her husband and their adorable son.
